Joseph is survived by his daughter, Rygine Crumpton; two sisters, Patricia Cooper- Harding and Myrtle Cooper; his brother, Leo Cooper; nieces and nephews, Ricky, Jr., Patrice, Leo, Jr., Jonathan, Nicholas, Antwan and Lynette; first cousin, Mildred Hopkins and her children; a host of aunts & uncles residing in North Carolina and a host of friends whom became family over the years.

Joseph was preceded in death by his father, Randolph Cooper; mother, Barbara Nicholson- Cooper; brother, Lester Cooper and Dorsey (Cheyenne) Cooper.

Joseph Randolph Cooper was a phenomenal man filled with good spirit and joy. He was a man of God. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Joseph loved good music, playing the lotto and taking trips to casinos. Joseph was known for his athletic abilities and talents throughout his younger years. He will forever be missed. 

The family of Joseph Randolph Cooper wishes to express their sincere gratitude for the kind deeds, prayers and expressions of sympathy shown during our hour or sorrow.
